Why Patients Choose Us

What makes The Body Remedy different for neck & shoulder pain

  • We find the real reason your neck and shoulders won't settle. Most patients have been treating the symptom for months while the root cause goes untreated.
  • You get Dr. Allie every single time. Focused, one-on-one care. No rotating assistants, no being handed off.
  • Techniques most practices don't combine. Dry needling, cupping, Active Release Techniques, IASTM, and targeted manual therapy in one personalized plan.
  • You'll leave with a plan, not just a receipt. Exercises, lifestyle adjustments, and a clear timeline so you know what to expect.
  • The goal is to need us less. Dr. Allie's aim is to get you moving freely, not to keep you coming back indefinitely.

FAQ

Questions we hear all the time

What makes The Body Remedy different from a regular chiropractor?

At many chiropractic offices, you see a different provider each time, get a quick adjustment, and are out the door in 10 minutes. At The Body Remedy, you always work one-on-one with Dr. Allie, combining dry needling, cupping, manual therapy, and targeted rehab tailored to your neck and shoulders.

Is the discovery call really free?

Yes, completely free with no obligation. It's a 15-minute call where you talk directly with Dr. Allie about what's going on, and she'll tell you honestly whether she thinks she can help.

Do you accept insurance?

The Body Remedy is a cash-based practice, so there's no insurance billing or superbills. HSA/FSA cards are accepted, and visits run $110–$125.

How many visits will I need?

It depends on your situation and how long you've been dealing with it. Dr. Allie will give you a realistic timeline after your evaluation, not a one-size-fits-all number.

I've tried chiropractic or PT before and it didn't work. Why would this be different?

That's exactly how many of our patients found us. Dr. Allie focuses on finding the root cause, which often isn't where you feel the pain, using a combination of techniques most practitioners don't offer together.

Where are you located?

63 Park Street, Unit 304, Andover, MA 01810. Appointments are required. We keep a small patient load by design so you always get Dr. Allie's full attention.

Don't spend another month working around the pain.

Book a free 15-minute discovery call with Dr. Allie and find out what's really causing your neck or shoulder pain, and what it'll take to fix it.
